Ingredients
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 2 cans crab meat
- 2 cans cream of asparagus soup
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 can cream of celery soup
- 1 jumbo sized Vidalia onion
- 1½ c. sweet carrots, sliced
- 2 c. diced red potatoes, pre-cooked
- 1 stick real butter
- Extra spicy Mrs. Dash
- Cayenne pepper
- Tabasco sauce
Directions
Saute jumbo Vidalia onion and carrots in melted butter. Add soup and potatoes and heat thoroughly. Add whipping cream & evaporated milk to this mixture. Add Mrs. Dash & cayenne pepper to taste. Add 6 to 7 splashes of Tabasco sauce. Heat 30 minutes or until thoroughly warmed. Before serving, add 1 cup chopped Vidalia onion for an added crispy/crunchy touch.
